Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To recover the titled product in high yield and efficiency, by treating a solution of crude riboflavin monophosphoric acid ester with a column packed with a II-type strongly basic anion exchange resin and a column packed with crosslinked styrene polymer particles. CONSTITUTION:A 0.5-10% aqueous solution of crude riboflavin monophosphoric acid ester (FMN) containing riboflavin and riboflavin polyphosphoric acid ester as impurities, is passed through a column packed with a II-type strongly basic anion exchange resin having a crosslinking degree of 3-10% and having benzylmethyl ethanol ammonium group as the functional group to recover riboflavin and FMN. Then, an aqueous solution of an inorganic salt is passed through the above column to elute and recover the adsorbed riboflavin polyphosphoric acid ester and FMN, and the eluate is passed through a column packed with crosslinked styrene polymer particles having a specific surface area of >=200m /g and a pore volume of >=0.2ml/g to separate the FMN. |
