Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent lubricating oil in an oil sump from flowing into the suction side after a refrigerant compressor is stopped by providing a suction valve unit in the lower course-side passage of a differential pressure oiling passage and closing said suction valve unit by means of pressure difference when stopping. CONSTITUTION:During operation, a suction valve unit is opened by means of differential pressure between the outlet pressure of a throttling passage 26 and the pressure of a suction side passage 24. After stopping the operation of the refrigerant compressor, the pressure difference between the outlet of the throttling passage 26 and the suction side passage is reduced as the refrigerant gas flows into the space 11 in cylinder from the evaporator side of a refrigerating cycle, causing the valve of the throttled passage 26 to be closed by means of the suction valve unit 28, and thereby, the lubricating oil never flows into the suction side.
