DEVICE FOR SETTING BRAZING MATERIAL TO WORK

PURPOSE:To stick automatically and efficiently an adequate amt. of powdery brazing material on a work by transferring successively and intermittently the work to a device for coating a pressure-sensitive adhesive agent, a device for sticking the powdery brazing material and a device for removing the excess powdery brazing material. CONSTITUTION:A lifting frame 9 is moved downward by a cylinder 8 and the work A on a supply table 2 is grasped by the gripping pawls 14a of a gripping member 14 by the actuation of a rolling piece 11, then the frame 9 is moved upward. The frame 9 is moved leftward together with a carriage 5 by a cylinder 4 and is again moved downward to impose the work A on a device for coating a pressure-sensitive adhesive agent. The pressure-sensitive adhesive agent is coated on the work A by the operation of a motor 29, etc. The work A is transferred to a device for sticking a powdery brazing material by a cylinder mechanism 34, a motor 36, etc. by the similar operation. The work is further transferred to a device for removing the excess powdery brazing material where the excess powdery brazing material is removed by a cylinder mechanism 44, a disc 50, etc. and thereafter the work is taken out on a discharging table 3, by which the work is transferred to a post brazing stage.
