Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To improve remarkably the reproducibility of an analytical value by forming the specific part of a sample introducing section of a specific material. CONSTITUTION:The surface of at least the part of a sample introducing section that contacts with a sample to be atomized is formed of a hydrophilic material having resistance to hydrofluoric acid. It is important to make at least the surface of the material having resistance to hydrofluoric acid hydrophilic in the case of using a fluororesin for said material but the technique to be used is not particularly limited. There are, for example, a method for modifying the resin itself to have hydrophilicity by using a monomer having a hydrophilic group as a part of the raw material for the fluororesin in addition to a chemical method utilizing oxidation reaction or the like by defluorine reaction using an alkali metal, electric discharge treatment, flame treatment, oxidizing agent treatment or the like or a technique of making the surface hydrophilic by a physical method for forming fine ruggedness on the surface by using means for sandblasting, embossing or the like.
