Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To easily perform the exchange of a movable blade or parts, by a method wherein a pin hole and a notched groove are provided to the ring of a rotary shaft and the connecting part of the movable blade is passed through the notched groove while the pin of the movable blade is inserted into the pin hole. CONSTITUTION:The connecting part 5' of a movable balde 5 is inserted into and passed through the notched groove 20 provided to the ring 4 of a rotary shaft 3 while the set pin 17 thereof is inserted into the pin hole 6 provided to said ring 4 to support the movable blade 5 by the ring 4 through the pin 17.
