PULSE GENERATING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To obtain a pulse of necessary width without using a capacitor and to make external parts in case of integration unnecessary by connecting in parallel the first and the second invertor trains consisting of an IIL constitution. CONSTITUTION:Invertors 12-16 on an IIL constitution are prepared, and a series circuit of the invertors 13-16 is connected to input and output terminals of the invertor 12. When a signal A is applied to an input part 1, outputs of the invertors 13-15 becomes B, C and D, respectively. As a result, a signal G being the product of a signal E containing a delay extending from the invertor 13 to the invertor 16, and the output signal B of the invertor 12 is generated in an output part 6. Pulse width H in the signal G can be changed freely by an injection current of the invertors 14-16.
