CONSTITUTION:At least one org. metal salt compd. (a) selected from among barium, calcium, magnesium, strontium, lithium, potassium, sodium, zinc and tin, and at least one org. compd. (b) of the formula (wherein R is alkyl, alkenyl, aryl, allyl, aralkyl, cycloalkyl or a heterocyclic group, which may be substituted with halogen, hydroxy, alkoxy, carboxy, amide, amino, mercapto, nitrile, sulfonyl, acyl, alkyl, alkenyl, allyl, aryl, aralkyl, alkoxycarbonylalkyl, cycloalkyl or a heterocyclic group) are added to a chlorine-contg. resin.
