SOLIDIFYING WORK OF SURROUNDING OF PILE

PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of solidifying work on the surrounding of a pile by a method in which a custom-made pile having a mud water solidifying agent layer on its periphery is erected into an excavated pit and cured until the surrounding of the pile is solidified upon reaction of the solidifying agent with the excavating mud water. CONSTITUTION:A solidifying agent layer 2 of cement, aluminum powder, iron powder, etc., is beforehand coated or bonded with the periphery of a custom- made pile 1. The custom-made pile 1 is erected into an excavated pit and cured until the surrounding of the pile is solidified by reaction of the solidifying agent with the excavating mud water to form a solidified ground 3. Since any solidifying liquid for the surrounding of the pile is not used, the disposal treatment of wastes can be eliminated and the solidifying work is easy. The cost of the solidifying work can thus be reduced and strong ground to earthquake can be formed.
