USE:A solvent for the reaction using an organometallic compound such as Grignard compound, organic lithium compound, etc. PROCESS:The objective compound of formula I can be prepared by reacting the compound of formula C(CH2X)4 (X is I or Br) with the compound of formula II(M is metal forming alcoholate) preferably using an aromatic hydrocarbon as the reaction solvent.
