Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To improve the working accuracy of an NC machine tool by giving a dynamic correction to the malformation error, positional error, backlash error and steady error respectively. CONSTITUTION:An NC machine tool which is controlled by a numerical controller contains a process unit 1 as its main component element together with an accessory storage device 2. The unit 1 receives various commands and the information on the detected value, etc. from an input device 3 and carries out various operations. Then the unit 1 delivers output signals to servomotors 4-6 of shafts X, Y and Z respectively to perform a desired machine working. The own-weight W of the working material, load current Ism of the servomotor, load current Isp of a spindle motor are stored in the device 2 together with the relation among the malformation error epsilonr, positional error epsilonp, backlash error epsilonb and steady error epsilonst respectively. Then each error value is calculated successively for working, and the degree of compensation is obtained for each direction of X, Y and Z axes. |
