Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To make the mass production of magnetic cards possible, by laminating a magnetic layer, a protection layer, and a pattern forming layer successively on a thermoplastic synthetic resin substrate and allowing the surface of the pattern forming layer to level with the surface of the substrate. CONSTITUTION:The surface of an opaque core sheet 2a is coated with transparent oversheets 2b and 2c consisting of similar materials. A magnetic layer 5, a protection layer 6, and a pattern forming layer 4 are laminated successively on said oversheet 2b, and an information recording material 3 constituted with layers 5, 6, and 4 is buried in the oversheet 2b to allow the surface of the pattern forming layer 4 to level with the surface of the oversheet 2b.
