Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To sustain the effect of an additive that produces an immediate effect and facilitate the addition of the additive to an active material by forming the additive into a micro-capsule form. CONSTITUTION:After thiolignin (Na salt) is dissolved in silica sol with the concentration of 10%, it is dried and galated and then is formed into 100 to 200 meshes through pulverization. It is kneaded together with lead powder and dilute sulfuric acid and is formed into a paste and then a lead lattice is coated with this paste. The variation of the low temperature high rate discharge duration time by life cycle of a battery obtained in such a way is exceeding stable as shown in the figure.
