The magnetic layer is heat-treated for >=20hr at about 40 deg.C in this state to provide an adequate degree of crosslinking of the binder in the magnetic layer whereby a magnetic recording medium for high density recording which has excellent wear resistance and is ?suitable particularly for a video tape, magnetic disc, etc. is obtd. |
