JIG WITH CARRYING-IN AND CARRYING-OUT DEVICES

PURPOSE:To enable effective machining, by a method wherein a work is set on one side of a pallet and is made to wait as slackening and tightening of the pallet is enabled to perform by reducing a speed of a motor and moving a clamper vertically. CONSTITUTION:A work is fixed on a pallet 1 of a jig A and carrying-in and carrying-out of the pallet 1 are performed. A motor 10 is installed on a jig body 18 of the jig A and the lower part of the jig A is provided with a gear 10a. A sun gear 4 is fixed on the lower part of a center shaft 19 with a key, a sprocket 3 is installed on the top of the shaft 19 and a chain 15 is wound round a space between sprocets 2 and 2 installed on the edge of a clamper 11 clamping the sprocket and the pallet 1. When the motor 10 is driven, an arm 7 is turned, the center shaft 19 and a center shaft 13 are made to raise by driving each gear, the clamper is raised and connection with a pin 14 is released causing the possibility of the carrying-out of the pallet 1.
