VIBRATION TYPE PARTS FEEDER

PURPOSE:To smoothly feed parts by providing electromagnets respectively disposed on a plurality of parts trays longitudinally stacked, and exciting the electromagnets separately in such a manner as to excite the respective parts trays with different vibration frequencies, thereby preventing the occurrence of mutual interference among the parts trays. CONSTITUTION:In a multi-layer parts feeder where three parts trays, for example, are laid in layers, electromagnets 30 for exciting are respectively fixed to the lower surface of each parts tray. A control unit for controlling the electromagnets 30 includes a power switch 21, a diode bridge circuit 22 for full- wave rectifying an output of an a.c. power source 20, a balancing condenser 24, and a main circuit comprising a transistor pure bridge circuit 26. In order to control the above bridge circuit 26, there is provided a logical circuit 60 for receiving an output of an IC38 for controlling pulse width. The IC38 is provided with a variable resistor 40 for controlling frequency connected to RT terminal thereof and with a variable resistor 44 for controlling pulse width connected to +IN terminal thereof. The electromagnets 30 are excited in such a manner as to vibrate the parts trays with different vibration frequencies.
