Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of transfer error that occurs at the lower limit value of bias magnetic field and to obtain a magnetic bubble memory element provided with a magnetic bubble enlarger that can obtain a wide normal transfer action domain by enlarging distance between basic elements in the direction that intersects the direction of magnetic bubble transfer to more than 1.0 times as long as the width of magnetic domain. CONSTITUTION:A basic element 11 of a magnetic bubble enlarger 10 has twice- quadruple length period pattern. When (w) represents a pattern width of the basic element 11, (gx) represents a lateral distance, lambday represents a longitudinal period and (d) represents a width of a magnetic domain of magnetic bubble, a longitudinal period lambday is 8d-16d, as the basic element 11 is twice-quadruple length period pattern. The conventional twice-quadruple length period pattern is gx-0.5d, w-d. However, the lateral distance between basic elements is made more than 1.0 times as long as the width of the magnetic domain. Consequently, the domain of transferring action of the magnetic bubble is remarkably enlarged as against fining of width of magnetic domain, and the transfer error can be prevented surely. Thus, a highly reliable, high quality magnetic bubble memory element can be obtained. |
