Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a heat-shrinkable laminated body by simple means, by pinching a heat-shrinkable synthetic resin sheet and a heat-shrinkable synthetic resin film between a hot roll and a back-up boby with a liquid interposed between the sheet and the hot roll so that they may be fused. CONSTITUTION:A heat-shrinkable synthetic resin sheet 1 and a heat-shrinkable film 2 that is fed separately from the sheet 1 but in parallel therewith are pinched together between the hot roll 4 and the back-up body 5 to be formed into a laminated body 3. In this case, it is required that a liquid 5 is interposed between the back-up body 5 and the heat-shrinkable synthetic resin sheet 1 so that they may adhere to each other highly. The liquid 8 interposed between the back-up body 5 and the sheet 1 is spread into a thin film when they are pinched, which causes the sheet 1 to be forcibly brought in contact with the surface of the back-up body 5, and the sheet 1 is rapidly cooled from the undersurface due to the sensible heat and the latent heat of evaporation of the liquid so that the temperature of the sheet 1 is prevented from rising.
