Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain an improved cooling effect by forming a spiral layer of a superconductor 20 on a pipe-shape substrate which has a normal conductor layer on its surface. CONSTITUTION:A superconductive coil is formed by forming a spiral layer of a superconductor 20 on a pipe-shape substrate 12 which has a normal conductor layer 16 on its surface. In order to form this superconductive coil a pipe of chemical system superconductive material such as Nb3Sn layer is sticked on the whole surface of the substrate 12 and a spiral continuous groove 22 is formed by a process such as cutting. With this constitution, strain is not given to the coil and the coil can be made of a superconductive material which is mecanically brittle. And with this constitution coolant contacts directly with the conductor 20 and an improved cooling effect is obtained.
