Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To adjust the amount of auxiliary air correctly by a method wherein a heat respondent type cylinder, provided in an auxiliary path bypassing a throttle valve, is provided with a valve body opened and closed in accordance with the expansion and contraction of an output rod. CONSTITUTION:The auxiliary paths 4a, 4b are provided in the suction air path of the engine 1 so as to bypass the throttle valve 3. The heat respondent type cylinder 12 is provided at a position apart from a flow path connecting an inflow port 6, a valve port 10 and an outflow port 7 in a housing 5. A valve rod 20 is fitted in a cylinder tube 21 slidably with respect to the outer surface of the tube at the basic end side thereof and a valve body 22 is provided at the tip end of the valve rod 20. Thus, sliding of moving parts is well guided and the correct adjustment of the amount of the auxiliary air may be effected.
