Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To perform the control in consideration of incoming (outgoing) calory in correspondence to the atmospheric temperature condition to prevent the overcooling and overheating of the room by automatically turning OFF the fan when the optimum temperature of supply water combined with the atmospheric temperature varies to the higher value than the predetermined value. CONSTITUTION:A fan coil unit 4 installed in the perimeter of each zone of a large- scale zone, is provided with a fan 13 for blowing out air sucked up through a coil (heat exchanger) 10 connected with a cool and hot water supply pipe 8, a return pipe 9 and a lower suction port 11, from an upper blow-out port 12 through the coil 10. The fan 13 is driven by a motor 14. On this occasion, a water temperature detector 17 for detecting the water temperature at the inlet of the coil 10 is provided in the cool and hot water supply pipe 8, and the motor 14 is turned ON and OFF through a controller 15 in correspondence to the output from the detector 17. That is, when the detected value of the water inlet temperature varies by a certain value from the set value obtained by an optimum combination between the outer air temperature and the cool and hot water temperature, the motor 14 is controlled to be turned OFF.
