Gears 27 attached to the upper end of the scraper 26 are in mesh with a fixed gear 29. Air supplied from a hose 35 wound on a hose reel 33 passes through the inner pipe 17 and an air supplying hole 31 and is sprayed from an air nozzle 23 at an ejection angle of 45 deg..
