THERMOGENIC COMPOSITION

PURPOSE:To provide a thermogenic compsn. well suited for use in heating systems by the use of energy due to concn. difference, by incorporating absorbed heat-generating materials (e.g., aq. soln. of CaCl2) with oils having a specific gravity lower than that of materials. CONSTITUTION:Water vapor generated in a reactor E (a combination of both concn. and absorption chambers in conventional absorption heating systems) is liquefied in a condenser chamber C by heat dissipation and the developed heat is used for heating. Separately, the resulting water is evaporated in a vaporization chamber to yield steam, which is fed into the reactor E and subjected to endothermic reaction with thermogenic compsns. In said system, compsn. yielded by combining aq. solns. of salts selected from CaCl2, CaBr2, LiCl or LiBr (or melts) with oils having a specific gravity lower than that of said solns., incompatible therewith (e.g., a compsn. which comprises dissolving about 4.2kg of Ca Cl2 and about 1kg of LiCl in about 0.5l of water and adding about 0.2l of vegetable oils to the resulting aq. soln.) is used as a thermogenic compsn.
