Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To attain low current cosumption and to form a highly integrated circuit, by using a TTL output buffer as an I/O part of a CMOS gate array. CONSTITUTION:The TTL input buffer and TTL output buffer are constituted by bipolar type transistors (TRs) and an internal logical block is composed of MOSFETs. Especially, the internal logical block is constituted by the CMOS gate array. Input signals having the TTL level are applied to external terminals IN1-INn. When receiving a signal from the TTL input buffer, the CMOS gate array executes signal processing. When receiving the processed signal formed by the CMOS gate array, the TTL output buffer drives an external load through external terminals OUT1-OUTm. |
