Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To provide an apparatus capable of saving the heat for calcination, by eliminating the rotary kiln, combining the soda recovery boiler with the multi-stage fluidized bed calcination apparatus of CaCO3, supplying a part of the waste liquid to the calcination apparatus, and introducing the combustion exhaust gas to the flue of the boiler. CONSTITUTION:Concentrate alkali pulp waste liquid is sprayed through the burner 12 to the bottom of the combustion furnace of the recovery boiler 10, and burnt to form smelt (composed mainly of Na2CO3). The smelt is dissolved in the soda dissolution tank 16, and the CaCO3 discharged from the tank 16 is preliminarily dehydrated, and dried and preheated by the preheating fluidized bed 25 of the fluidized bed calcination apparatus 22 together with the replenished CaCO3. A part of the particles of the bed 25 are dropped to the calcination fluidized bed 24, and calcined to CaO, which is cooled in the heat-recovery fluidized bed 23 heating the hot air. The CaO is made to react with the smelt in the tank 16 to form NaOH, and the produced CaCO3 is recycled to the apparatus 22. The pulp waste liquid is supplied to the bed 24 and burnt to maintain the bed at a high temperature. The hot gas generated by the apparatus 22 is supplied to the cyclone 30 to separate the solid particles, and introduced into the flue of the boiler. |
