JET GRANULATION METHOD AND APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To make it possible to continuously obtain a uniform particle size in high yeild, by succeedingly cleaning and wiping a differential pressure part having a plurality of fine perforations to always hold the same at an initial state. CONSTITUTION:A scraping member 4a is pressed to the perforated surface of a differential pressure part 2 by a shaft part 5 attached to a scraping tool 3 and made possible to succeedingly contact with the entire surface of the perforated surface. The scraping operation between the differential pressure part 2 and the scraping tool 3 is relatively performed and a pressure gas C is supplied to a raw liquid part 1. The pressure gas C is controlled through a regulating value 10 so as to hold the inner pressure of the raw liquid part 1 within a predetermined pressure range. At the same time, air is sent into an air pressure chamber 8 housing the pressed surface of the externally existing top part of the shaft part 5 of the scraping part 3 through a separate circuit 12 and the scraping tool in the raw liquid part 1 performs the cleaning and wiping of the perforated surface of the differential pressure part 2 through a joint part 9 constituted so as to transmit only the shaft force.
