Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To operate the device stably without effecting decoking operation and improve the retrieving amount of heat by a method wherein high-temperature gas, including a high boiling point constituent, is introduced into a jet layer cooler and is circulated stably by extracting and supplementing particles for heat exchange. CONSTITUTION:The high-temperature dirty gas, including the high boiling point constituent such as tar or the like, is introduced into the jet layer cooler 1 through introducing tubes 10, 9, rises through a draft tube 6 together with the particles 8 and is discharged out of a discharging port 4 after being cooled by providing the particles 8 with heat. The particles 8, which are provided with heat, collide against a collision plate 7 and return to the lower part of the draft tube 6 after passing through the outside of the draft tube 6. The operation is stable when the temperature of the gas is higher than the condensing temperature of the tar, however, when the heat retrieving amount is increased remarkably, the temperature of the gas is reduced, the tar is condensed on the surfaces of the particles and each of them make a block mutually thereby making the circulation and heat retrieval impossible. Accordingly, a given amount of the particles 8 under circulation is released from an extracting tube 21 and is introduced into a reproducer 2 to burn the tar on the surface of the particles 8 on a grating 23 by introducing hot-air from a producer 25 while the given amount of particles is supplemented from a tank 30 when it is extracted.
