PRODUCTION DEVICE OF ELECTRON TUBE ELECTRODE

PURPOSE:To improve the work efficiency and prevent the pitch of each intersection from generating dispersion by spot-welding while allowing to automatically correct each intersection of wires constituting a mesh to a normal position. CONSTITUTION:Grooves are spirally carved on the peripheral surface of a lower electrode 11 for spot-welding. Tungsten wires 12 are wound along the grooves on the peripheral surface of the lower electrode 11 to form a mesh. The rotation mechanism 15 of the lower electrode 11 rotates the lower electrode 11 for every distance between intersections of the mesh along a peripheral direction in response to the number of pulses applied by a control device 19. A feed mechanism 20 feeds a sliding bed 14 in the axial direction of the lower electrode 11 as shown by an arrow (b) by means of the rotation of a ball screw 22. A clinch section 25 has a pair of fingers 30 driven back and forth in the approaching or departing direction to or from the peripheral surface of the lower electrode 11 by a cylinder 27 provided on a support member 26 as shown by an arrow (c) and driven to open or close by a cylinder 29 as shown by an arrow (d). An upper electrode 32 for spot-welding is driven back and forth toward the peripheral surface of the lower electrode 11 by a cylinder 33 as shown by an arrow (e).
