Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a highly reliable cap by a method wherein a frame member is sealed at the position surrounding a lens through the intermediary of an air- tight sealing material, and the generation of gap between the lens and a wall member is prevented. CONSTITUTION:A frame 204 is sealed at the position surrounding the lens 203 through the intermediary of a glass 202. At this time, the frame performs the function as a weight. As said glass is widened at the point where sealing material is abundantly applied and the surplus material runs to the place where the sealing material is insufficiently applied, the sealing material can be uniformly applied to the sealing part of the lens 203 and the wall 201, thereby allowing to generate no creeping up on the upper surface A' of the lens and no gap is generated at the sealing part of the lens and the wall. The same effect as above can be obtained even when a glass tablet is used.
