Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To eliminate the delamination of a polymer membrane and an enzyme immobilizing membrane or a porous polymer membrane, by adhering the enzyme immobilizing membrane and the porous polymer membrane by dissolving the parts of them by the solvent of a solution containing the polymer membrane material to form a partial three-layered structure. CONSTITUTION:For example, an acetyl cellulose (AC) solution to be formed into an electrode side is applied into a glass plate 10. Before this coating layer 11 is dried, an immobilized membrane 12 fabricated by immersing a cellulose filter in a glutaraldehyde solution containing enzyme and bovine serum albumin is placed on said coating layer 11 and a porous polycarbonate membrane 13 is placed thereon so as to cover the membrane 11 and the membrane 12. By this method, the solvent of the membrane dissolves the parts of the membranes 11, 13 and, therefore, three layers are strongly bonded to obtain an enzyme electrode membrane 1 not delaminated even during use. This adhered membrane 1 is immersed in water to separate the glass plate and the side of the membrane 11 is connected to an acting electrode to obtain a long life enzyme electrode.
