PURPOSE:To efficiently perform a pasting of pellets by a method wherein resin pellets for sealing electrical parts are pasted on a tacky sheet and without mistaking the front and the rear face of a pellet, friction and pasting are continually and automatically performed. CONSTITUTION:A resin pellet A is a material for which powder of a thermosetting resin composition is cold molded, or a material for which the above-mentioned powder is fused and made into a semicured type fused solid layer or a material for which the powder of the heat setting resin composition is unifiedly spread on the surface of a sheet type substrate such as a nonwoven fabric, etc., and thereafter, it is heated and fused and powder each other, powder and a substrate are attached by fusing into one body and it is made into a semicured type fused solid layer on the substrate surface. The shape thereof is square and circular, and they are pasted on the tacky sheet B continually or with an interval, in a row or in two or more rows through a slit C. And by means of an automatic machine, pellets are fed to given places on the electrical parts, and an operation from a friction to a pasting is continually and efficiently performed, thus, the sealing operation is automated.
