VANE COMPRESSOR

PURPOSE:To suppress pulsation during discharge and variation of torque of a rotor to the minimum by forming the inner peripheral surface of a cylinder asymmetrical to a standard plane and decreasing the peak of the capacity reduction rate of a compression chamber. CONSTITUTION:When a vane 44 passes the edge of a suction port 16, a compression chamber 56 partitioned by vanes 44 and 42 forms a sealed state. The capacity of the compression chamber 56 becomes the largest nearly at this time-point, and said capacity reduces thereafter. Therefore, during the process in which the vane 44 and the preceding vane 42 are revolved, reduction of the capacity of the compression chamber 56 begins before the angular bisector between vanes 44 and 42 comes close to a standard plane S, and compression cycle is prolonged, and the reduction rate is decreased, so each variation of torque of vanes 42 and 44, rotor 30, and a rotor shaft 32 is reduced.
