ANTENNA REFLECTING MIRROR AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PURPOSE:To obtain an antenna reflecting mirror suitable for massproduction with high surface accuracy and light weight, by forming a reflecting mirror surface with a metallic plate processed by spinning, and arranging the metallic plate so that the back surface of a surface on which a spinning metal die is brought into contact forms the reflecting mirror surface. CONSTITUTION:A metallic die 11 is supported on a turning shaft of a turning driving device 12 and the metallic plate is supported with a turning support shaft 13 so as to be brought into contact with the metallic die 11. The shaft of the device 12 is turned and the spinning is applied so that a metallic plate 10 traces the external shape of the metallic die 11 with a roll 14. The back surface of the surface with which the metallic die 11 is brought into contact is used as the reflecting mirror surface of this reflecting mirror. The desired shape is manufactured with only one spinning in the manufacture of the antenna. Thus, the man-hour required for manufacturing is less and the manufacture is suitable for mass-production.
