Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To distribute a particulate material such as fine powdery coal extremely certainly in a predetermined ratio, by a method wherein a cylindrical concn. adjusting chamber having one end connected to a transport main pipe and a cylindrical distribution chamber having a specific structure are vertically arranged through a communication pipe in such a state that respective diameters thereof are prescribed. CONSTITUTION:A distribution chamber 23 is equipped with a cylindrical concn. adjusting chamber 18 of which one end is connected to a transport main pipe 10, a cylindrical distribution chamber 20 having four branch pipes 12 connected thereto in symmetrical relation to the axis thereof and a communicating pipe 19 for communicating the other end of the chamber 18 and one end of the chamber 20. The chamber 18 has a diameter larger than that of the pipe 10 and the pipe 19 has a diameter smaller than that of the chamber 18 while the chamber 20 is larger than the pipe 19 in the diameter thereof and the chamber 18, the pipe 19 and the chamber 20 are arranged substantially vertically. By this structure, a solid-gas two-phase stream comprising fine powdery coal and air supplied by the pipe 10 becomes uniform in the concn. of fine powdery coal in the inner cross area of the inlet pipe of the chamber 20. As the result, the concn. of fine powdery coal in the jet like revolving stream within the chamber 20 also becomes equal at the same radius position on a horizontal cross area and, therefore, fine powdery coal can be equally distributed by making the amount of air flowed into each pipes 12 from the chamber 20 same. |
