In this case, the radius of turning of the woof 6 is decreased in way of both bead-sheet part 9 and drop-center part 10 whose diameters are smaller than that of flange part 8, and the warp 5 is pulled toward the middle part while woven. More than one cylindrical textiles 7 of this type are prepared in such a manner that the radius of each sheet is smaller by the corresponding thickness in succession. Each sheet of cylindrical textiles 7 is impregnated with resin, laminated, and pressed for hardening. With this constitution, long fibers can be used, thereby producing a wheel rim with light weight, high strength, and high rigidity.
