Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the captioned rim of light weight and high strength for cars and to ease the forming work by forming the rim by laminating plural layers of cylindrical textiles which are formed by weaving reinforced fibers. CONSTITUTION:A warp 5 consisting of roving of carbon fiber etc. is arranged in the circular form, and a woof 6 of the same kind as above is woven into to form cylindrical textiles 7. In this case, the radius of turning of the woof 6 is decreased in way of both bead-sheet part 9 and drop-center part 10 whose diameters are smaller than that of flange part 8, and the warp 5 is pulled toward the middle part while woven. More than one cylindrical textiles 7 of this type are prepared in such a manner that the radius of each sheet is smaller by the corresponding thickness in succession. Each sheet of cylindrical textiles 7 is impregnated with resin, laminated, and pressed for hardening. With this constitution, long fibers can be used, thereby producing a wheel rim with light weight, high strength, and high rigidity.
