PURPOSE:To facilitate the manufacture of a linear servo motor by forming on one printed circuit board a stator coil, the stationary side coil of an inductosyn and a linear motor circuit. CONSTITUTION:A permanent magnet 3 and a movable side conductor pattern 4 of an inductosyn are provided on the lower surface of a movable unit 1. A plurality of conductor patterns 5 of a stator coil are formed at the position where the magnet 3 passes on the surface of the printed circuit board horizontally placed under the moving path of the unit 1, the stationary side conductor pattern 10 of the inductosyn is formed at the position where the movable side conductor pattern 4 of the inductosyn passes, and electric parts 12-14 forming a linear motor control cirucit are mounted. In this manner, the manufacture of a linear servo motor can be facilitated, and the maintenance work can be imroved.
