Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To increase in the recovery amounts of both oil and gas components through a dry distillation ensuring the separation of the combustion region from distillation one, by blowing a superheated water vapor into the combustion zone to provide sufficient amount of heat necessary for the dry distillation of waste tire and rubber. CONSTITUTION:The dry distillation region in the furnace is charged with waste tires and rubbers through the inlet a. While transferring these wastes downward in both dry distillation and combustion zones, a superheated water vapor is blown into the combustion zone through the inlet c to increase the amount of gas, thus providing sufficient amount of heat necessary for said distillation zone b; where the above wastes are treated, while these wastes are subjected to combusion in the corresponding zone. Generally, the gas generated by the dry distillation is taken out through the exhaust vent f, thus separating the gas from the oil component.
