INDIVIDUAL COLLATING METHOD

PURPOSE:To prevent an ID card from being used illegally by using voice data characteristic of an individual for an individual collating method. CONSTITUTION:A customer inserts an ID card in a reader/writer 1 and inputs a collation specification and a registered number on a keyboard 2. When the input from the customer indicates collation, a computer 4 presses voices of the same word as that inputted during registration. The voiced word is read to extract a PARCOR coefficient and pitch. Then, the PARCOR coefficient registered on the ID card is read by the reader/writer. Then, distance is calculated together with the pitch of a memory 5. When the distance is less than a predetermined threshold value, the customer is judged to be registered and necessary service is offered; when greater, the customer is judged as a false person.
