Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To enable a bearing to be easily mounted by integrating an outside guide vane ring with a shaft supported by the bearing using a spherical roller bearing. CONSTITUTION:A bearing 24 is a self-aligning spherical roller bearing having the contact portion of an inner ring 24a and an outer ring 24b formed spherically. The bearing 24 is inserted onto an end of a shaft 23 and a leg portion 24c is fixed to a floor surface 17. Two shafts 23 supported by two bearings are welded to an outside guide vane ring 21 coaxially. Machining can be omitted by providing the spherical roller bearing 24 and the bearing 23 can be mounted only by welding.
