PURPOSE:To enable a test of performance nearly equal to that of an actual hydroextractor by pressing and sliding a caky sample by clipping after applying pressure to and dehydrating the sample by use of the same filter cloth as that used by a belt press type hydroextractor. CONSTITUTION:On support plate 4, filter plate 6, wire net 7 and filter cloth 8 used by an actual equipment are arranged through rotatable round rods 17 and 18. On filter cloth 8, detachable cylinder 9 is provided and on bottom plate 1, liquid collector 11 is also placed. A sample is taken into space S and dehydrated by being applied with pressure by piston 10. At this time, the pressure of air cylinder 12 is adjusted to set an actual pressurizing state. Filtered water is collected in a measuring cylinder and a fixed test is taken. Then, cylinder 9 is removed and a caky sample is pressed by clipping member 22 and, after being slid by handle part 23, observed in a fixed way. Consequently, a test of performance close to real one can be taken.
