Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To allow a stepped rod charge head to adsorb and hold only vertically stood rod such as vertically stood lead by eccentrically forming an adsorbing hole from a containing hole so that a small-diameter portion does not pass through the hole and forming the length of the containing hole equal to or shorter than a stepped shaft. CONSTITUTION:A lead charge head 12 has a body 34 formed by superposing two base plates 25, 26 and including many containing holes 13, a stopper plate 29 having an adsorbing hole 15, and a pipe 16 for connecting covers 30, 31 forming a vacuum space 17 to a vacuum source. The hole 13 is formed by laminating a large-diameter hole 27 and a small-diameter hole 28 in a coincident state, and the thickness of the body 34 is shorter by severalmm. than the length of the entire length of the lead 7. When the hole 15 formed at the plate 29 is displaced by (e) from the hole 13, and when the lead 32 is introduced into the hole 13, it is prevented from being introduced into the vacuum space 17, and the vacuum adsorption is operated only to part of the end surface of the small-diameter part of the lead 7. On the other hand, a vertically stood lead 33 is adsorbed by vacuum at the end surface of the large-diameter part 14. |
