Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain titled composition with high performance and durability, free from health hazards, for use in processing for interior commodities such as carpets, by incorporating a halogen-contg. anti-fungus agent in an adhesive component consisting of a halogen-contg. vinyl polymer emulsion. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be obtained, for example, by incorporating (A) an emulsion of a halogen-contg. vinyl polymer with a glass transition temperature of -40-50 deg.C, prepared from (i) a halogen-contg. vinyl polymer (e.g., polyvinyl chloride) and (ii) a copolymerizable vinyl compound (e.g., ethylene) with (B) a second emulsion from (i) a halogen-contg. anti-fungus agent (e.g., gluconic acid chlorohexidine) and (ii) a surfactant (e.g., of polyoxyethylene nonylphenyl ether type with an HLB of 8-17). USE:Adhesives and/or decorative coatings for wall paper, adhesives for paper towel and/or bedclothes and furniture, etc.
