Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To increase the general-purpose capability of a heat block, and to eliminate the need for exchanging heat blocks by sharing the heat block to a material to be bonded of various different sizes. CONSTITUTION:The material to be bonded transferred to a bonding position from a rotor is heated, and the pellet is bonded. The heat block 17 with the escaping spaces 26 of a support means for the material to be bonded which is heated is used at that time. When the block 17 is operated upward only by a predetermined distance by the ascent of a heat-block guide shaft, a projecting section 25 for heating the block 17 is inserted into the package receiving hole 18 of a carrier jig 15. The upper surface of the projecting section 25 is in contact with the lower surface of a package 14 because a package placing section 19 is made to be released by the spaces 26.
