Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To attain the detection of abnormity of operation such as oscillation and instable phenomenon of output level of a high frequency circuit, by providing a distributor, filter, synthetic circuit and a level detecting circuit. CONSTITUTION:Both signals inputted to the synthetic circuit 37 is set in opposite phase to each other and the same level with means such as amplification and attenuation. A synthesized output as shown in the figure is obtained in the set condition in this way. When the signals of the input and output side have the same amplitude, the output goes to zero. Further, when the output is increased, a level detecting circuit 40 detects a vector signal. When the output is decreased reversely, the vector attains an output signal vector different in phase by 180 deg..
