SLURRY CLEANER FOR WIRE SAW

PURPOSE:In a slurry cleaner for wire saw, to maintain the tooling accuracy of wire saw for long term by injecting clean liquid jet to clean the adhered abrasive grains prior to entering of a wire associated with slurry into the guide. CONSTITUTION:Thin slurry where small amount of GC abrasive grains are thrown into large amount of water is filled in an upper liquid tank 6. The chain of scraper metal 8 will scratch and collect the abrasive grains into U-shaped annular groove 9 of said tank 6. The abrasive grains will move along an annular groove and drop through a slurry take-out opening 10. The trapped grains are taken out as working slurry together with small amount of water and flow down to the working section. Abrasive grains adhered to the holdup of the upper tank 6 are cleaned by supplying water to an annular trough 15 then feeding to the working section 11 to form a cleaning jet water film and injecting to the wire. Discharge water mixed into the slurry will flow to the bottom of hopper 12 and filter mesh 13 to remove foreign matters then collected into a sump tank 14 and returned to the upper tank 6. An overflow 16 is provided to said through 15.
