Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To dissolve the stratification in an upper layer and a lower layer without generating a roll over phenomenon by hanging a cord chaining multiple plates at a predetermined distance from both ends of a buoyant material floating on the liquid surface across the tank diameter direction to the tank bottom. CONSTITUTION:A suspension cord 27 chaining heat insulating plates 26 at a predetermined distance is hung from floats 24, 24 located at both ends of the diameter direction of a tank 21. Each heat insulating plate 26 is facing the side wall surface of the tank 21 at a distance, and the lowest heat insulating plate is fixed to a fixing support metal 28 at the center of the tank bottom. The convection phenomenon generates a current coercively rising between the heat insulating plates 26 and the tank side wall surface 29 due to the heat entry from the side wall surface and bottom surface of the tank 21, and the current penetrates the boundary surface S between the upper layer liquid 2 and lower layer liquid 3. Accordingly, as a result of the conveyance of the lower layer liquid 3 to the upper layer liquid 2, the boundary surface S is gradually moved downward and at the same time heat is gradually applied to the upper layer liquid 2 as the evaporation heat from the surface, thereby no roll over phenomenon is generated and the boundary surface S is dissolved.
