Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To separate efficiently floatable components by providing internally an oil separating and discharging tank penetrated in an oil discharging tank to the upper part of the 1st floatation tank and placing the 2nd flotation tank on the outside circumference at the top edge of the oil separating and dischargeing tank. CONSTITUTION:When oil-contg. waste water is admitted from a grease trap into the 1st flotation tank A through an inflow pipe 3, the oil, SS, etc. of the light specific gravity in the oil-contg. waste water floats and separates quickly on the surface, thus forming an oil-water layer (a). The separated water (b) from the layer (a) is taken out through a takeout pipe 4 in the form of the waste water contg. less oil and is thereafter transferred to a biological treatment installation, etc. The oil water (a) gathered in the upper part in the tank A is transferred to te inside of the 2nd flotation tank B where the oil water stagnates with gentle stiring by a stirrer 23. The oil-component contg. solid or semisolid oils is again separated from the oil water (a) and floats. The floating solid is disintegrated by the vanes 18' of a scraper 18 and is discharged from a discharge pipe 16.
