PENCIL COSMETIC

PURPOSE:To suppress the blooming of higher fatty acid from the titled cosmetic containing higher fatty acid, and to prevent the defects in appearance, by compounding an oil-soluble polysaccharide fatty acid ester and an oil-soluble polyvinyl derivative to the cosmetic. CONSTITUTION:A pencil cosmetic containing a higher fatty acid such as stearic acid, behenic acid, etc. as solid oil component, is compounded with a compound selected from the quaternary ammonium salts of an oil-soluble polysaccharide fatty acid ester or an oil-soluble sulfate or phosphate of polysaccharide, and an oil-soluble polyvinyl derivative of formula I (X is R, OR, OCOR or group of formula II-V; R is alkyl; n is integer of >=10). The amount of the compound is 0.01-5wt% based on the whole cosmetic and 0.02-30pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. of the higher fatty acid.
