Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To obtain a health food having increased nutritive value and capable of suppressing the formation of carcinogenic substances and other harmful substances by the action of enterobacterium, by mixing vegetable protein with edible fiber, vitamins, minerals, etc., and solidifying the mixture to a definite form. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of vegetable protein and edible fiber is mixed with vitamins, minerals, bifidus factor, etc., and the product is kneaded with a sugar syrup (including invert sugar syrup). The obtained paste is dried and pulverized or molded. The health food exhibits unique dietic effects which cannot be expected to the roughage existing in vegetables, potatoes, etc., and suppresses the formation of carcinogenic substances and other harmful substances. |
