Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To improve the nutritive value and palatability of a pet food, by using a filament-forming protein as a main material, mixing the protein with subsidiary materials such as animal or vegetable fat or oil, starch, etc., and forming to a definite form. CONSTITUTION:The objective pet food is prepared by mixing (A) a filament- forming protein as a main raw materials with (B) subsidiary raw materials selected from animal or vegetable fat or oil, starch, cereals, seasonings, colorants, vitamins, minerals and amino acids, and forming or cutting the mixture to a ribbon having round edges. The pet food has excellent nutritive value and palatability.
